Coolant fan motor

Removal

  1. Remove the coolant fan.
  2. Remove the fan blade assembly from the motor. It is attached with a 13mm reverse-thread nut. That means you need to turn it as you would to tighten a normal nut.
  3. Remove the three 10mm bolts that hold the motor to the coolant fan assembly.
